Plans

All plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start.

Managing your subscription

Owners and Admins can access subscription settings from the organisation settings panel:

• View current plan and renewal date
• Upgrade or downgrade plan
• Update payment method
• View and download past invoices
• Cancel subscription

Trial period

• The free trial is 14 days from the date the organisation is created
• Full Business plan features are available during the trial
• No credit card is required to start the trial
• If the trial expires without a plan selection, the account is suspended - data is retained for 30 days

Seat limits

• Seats are counted by active organisation members
• Deactivated members do not count toward the seat limit
• If your team grows beyond the plan limit, the platform will prompt you to upgrade before adding additional members

Invoices and receipts

• Invoices are generated automatically at each billing cycle
• Past invoices are available in the organisation settings panel
• Invoices include organisation name, billing period, and plan details

Cancellation and data export

• Cancel at any time from the organisation settings panel
• After cancellation, access continues until the end of the current billing period
• Export all credentials, audit logs, and project data before cancelling
• Data is retained for 30 days after cancellation for recovery, then securely deleted
