Terms of Service

1. Acceptable use

You may use SlateBeaver (Aegis and Aero) for lawful business purposes only. You may not use the platform to store illegal content, conduct fraud, or circumvent any applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

2. Subscription and billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected during signup. Payment is processed securely via Razorpay. A one-time setup fee applies to Starter and Business plans. All prices are listed in INR and USD. Taxes may apply depending on your jurisdiction.

3. Free trial

All plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. Accounts are reviewed within 24 hours. After the trial, you must subscribe to continue accessing the platform.

4. Data ownership

You own your data. SlateBeaver does not claim any ownership over credentials, project data, or any other content you store in the platform. We act as a data processor on your behalf.

5. Service availability

We work to maintain reliable availability and will communicate any planned maintenance in advance. SLA credits are available to Enterprise customers per the terms of their contract.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. If you terminate, you retain access until the end of your paid period. We may terminate your account immediately for violations of acceptable use.

7. Limitation of liability

SlateBeaver's liability to you is limited to the subscription fees paid in the 3 months prior to any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maharashtra, India.
