1. Acceptance of terms
By using SlateBeaver, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms may be updated periodically - continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Use of the service
SlateBeaver is a credential management platform for engineering and development teams. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations.
You may not use SlateBeaver to:
- Store, share, or manage credentials for illegal activities
- Attempt to breach or circumvent the security of another user's account
- Interfere with the availability or operation of the service
- Reverse-engineer or extract proprietary components of the platform
3. Your data
You retain full ownership of all data you store in SlateBeaver, including credentials, project data, and organisation information. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data.
You grant SlateBeaver a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and transmit your data solely to provide the service to you.
4. Service availability
The service is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain availability and notify users of planned outages.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SlateBeaver shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the service in the 12 months prior to the claim.
6. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.
